TUBE FASTENING

MADE OF STEEL

Due to their ro­bust con­struc­tion tube and hose fit­tings of steel en­su­re a safe as­sem­bly of tubes and hoses to ma­chi­nes and in­dus­tri­al plants under ex­tre­me con­di­ti­ons. They are avail­able with eit­her a noise pro­tec­tion in­sert or tube sup­ports and thus make an im­portant cont­ri­bu­ti­on to en­vi­ron­men­tal pro­tec­tion and health and safe­ty.

HYDRAULIC STEEL CLAMP

HSRS steel clamps are sui­ta­ble for re­tro­fit­ting on all mo­bi­le hy­drau­lic sys­tems and allow a vi­bra­ti­on-free lay­ing of tubes and hoses. The as­sem­bly with a se­pa­ra­te noise pro­tec­tion in­sert is a high­ly ef­fec­tive sound­proo­fing and vi­bra­ti­on pro­tec­tion and at the same time a smooth fas­ten­ing of hoses.

DESIGN

Top and bottom clamp halves are identical. The support-block is welded in upend or flat position.

FIELD OF APPLICATION

The clamp is used for the whole mobile hydraulic. The small dimension of the clamp allows hydraulic tubes and hoses to be mounted afterwards.

Two-pie­ce wel­ded con­struc­tion clamp for fi­xing by wel­ding and for fi­xing an­chor bolts of sin­gle or dou­ble ver­si­on. Tube sup­ports have a noise and vi­bra­ti­on pro­tec­ting ef­fect and thus make an im­portant cont­ri­bu­ti­on to health and safe­ty and en­vi­ron­men­tal pro­tec­tion. Metal parts made of steel, op­tio­nal­ly of stain­less steel.

AREA OF APPLICATION

Flat steel U-bolts are to be used as fixed point-fastening only.

CONSTRUCTION

Flat steel U-bolts with U-profile and short tube-saddle KUPK. Flat steel U-bolts are available for tube diameters from 48,3mm to 521 mm. The tube saddles are made of polypropylene and polyamide.

As­sem­bly of tubes with ther­mal ex­pan­si­on. Tubes may eit­her be fixed tight­ly with the U-bolt or as­sem­bled with a glide cle­aran­ce. Ver­si­on ac­cor­ding to DIN 3570 with 2 nuts or si­mi­lar to DIN 3570 with 4 nuts. Tube sadd­les of short or long ver­si­on make an im­portant cont­ri­bu­ti­on to health and safe­ty and en­vi­ron­men­tal pro­tec­tion.

Se­ries A with roun­ded cor­ners for all stan­dard outer dia­me­ters 20 to 521 mm and in im­pe­ri­al di­men­si­ons. With and wi­thout sur­face tre­at­ment as well as stain­less steel.
